Excited to try, unpack shipping box, removed box containing Inlay. Later pick up box to view product. The bottom falls out of box, Inlay hits wood floor and cracks! Loss of $229 from negligent packaging! Packaging does not support product! Beware! 😐
Easy to understand what I am getting. Sent a replacement for broken wand as soon as I provided photos of the broken unit.

My purchase arrived in a few short days. I'm in Canada and international orders have been a challenge ... but not with my Analemma order. I was thrilled!
No complaints everything went smoothly. I got the product in good time. I did have to figure out because it wasn’t obviously mentioned that the larger quantity of water requires longer stirring. But it was the information but not right upfront.
The first package did not have my wand in it, but they did send me one when I let them know.
